Rock ceilidh with disco if required Over 100 years of ceilidh experience amongst members Previously played for Lorraine Kelly, STV Five Live, Helix, Police Scotland, Army as well as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, St Andrews, St Patricks, Burns, Fundraisers. What to expect

We will arrive one hour before entertainment starting time to set up and sound check as soon as we can get access to the room. Our equipment includes 2 x 2000W speakers, monitors (including in-ears), spot lights and other disco lights, a mixing desk and various amps. Drums are electronic which means we can play at any volume - quiet or loud. For the first dance, we can either play it through our disco system or live as a ceilidh dance. We give full instructions for all our easy dances using fun-filled banter, starting off with a few moderately paced dances and then either slowing down the dance type or speeding up depending on how the dancers are coping. Most people prefer ceilidh until buffet/half time, and then disco, however we are very flexible and can change on the night itself, depending on expectations. We require an hour to dismantle everything at the end of the evening.

I was unsure about having ceilidh at the wedding and thought disco would be more popular - but Bass Rock Ceilidh were so amazing, everyone had loads of fun and loved every minute of it!! Mary was so patient and explained the moves to us inexperienced dancers, she really was fab. Could not recommend a better group and loved the rock touches!
