An inspiring performer with boundless energy and passion for live music and recording with a demonstrated history of outstanding performances around the globe. Lynne Fox has travelled the world doing what she loves best entertaining and recording singing and playing the piano.
Her varied shows and unique sound have received great reviews including her Songs from the American Songbook, Cabaret, 60s tribute, The Greatest Standards Show, appearing at major venues in the UK and Featured Artiste on Cruise lines and a featured artist in theatre shows. Lynne is known for the stylistic variety of programme in her shows. She is the first choice for Band leaders and recording producers for jingles and themes.
Always keen to surround herself with the best musician's in town, Lynne embarked on a new musical adventure "An Evening with the Gershwin's and Cole Porter" The show was so well received it has recently been endorsed by the Cole Porter Family.
After working on 100s of recordings another ambition was fulfilled with the recording of her own first album - The album YOU saw her collaborating with the legendary guitarist/producer Martin Kershaw. The musicians on the album included Ronnie Scott's resident pianist James Pearson, Oli Hayhurst, Double bass and Gary Husband on drums and Lynne on piano tracks.
The album YOU a mix of original and covers with compositions from Martin Kershaw, Bob Saker and Lynne made the album a monument to her experience and live performances. Lynne Fox soon began having airplay and live performances with her band on BBC Radio to present a jazz show called "An Intimate Afternoon with Lynne Fox Quartet." Lynne continues to be popular on radio,live performances and recordings and has had the pleasure of playing for 1000s of weddings and functions.

This review is based off Lynne Foxes performance at the Glendower Hotel on the 24th December 2021. As this was a Christmas Eve performance a selection of the songs in the show reflected the seasonal time of year. We had a brilliant version of “White Christmas”, “Santa Baby” and “Let It Snow” in the standards music genre. There were some more fast based numbers like “Rocking Around The Christmas Tree.” We were also treated to the songs “Once In My Life”, “That’s What Friends Are For”, “When I Fall In Love” and “You Make Me Feel So Young.” There were also songs from the “Great American Song Book” as well as .” One of my all time favourite songs and Lynne performed it brilliantly. All of these songs were performed perfectly by Lynne whose voice is perfect and enunciation is first rate. You hear every word clearly and can feel the emotion and warmth in the performer as the song is sung. To top this all off Lynne dresses how a performer should be at a show, stylishly and elegantly in her evening dress. If you get the chance to see Lynne Fox in performance go that extra miles and see the show you won’t regret it

Cole Porter and Gershwin evening A thoroughly enjoyable ,informative ,and entertaining evening .The combination of background knowledge superb piano playing and wonderful singing meant that the 2 hr performance flew by . I can thoroughly recommend this professional musical evening and look forward to others in hopefully the near future . Beautiful Stage combined with great music and a total slick performance.

Delightful! Delicious! Delovely!!! What more can I say about the beautiful and extraordinarily talented Lynne Fox? Lynne's CD, "YOU"... and show, "An Evening with the Gershwins and Cole Porter" is a nostalgic, fabulous step back in time to that S'Wonderful era ... where class, magic and romance still exist. Lynne Fox - has a golden voice, which is so easy on the ear. Smooth diction,and so relaxing to listen to.I have had the pleasure of hearing Lynne sing to 3 thousand people in the Blackpool Opera House,who just loved it. Lynne entertained at our recent Magic Club -Presidents Dinner to 60 people and it was equally entertaining.She revives so many songs that we thought we had forgotten, but they come flooding back, because Lynne sings with so much passion A wonderful voice for all occasions. Lynne can make your wedding ceremony extra special with live music by playing songs customised just for you! This will include:
Walking down the aisle music
Signing of the register (to fill an awkward silence and allow for photos to be taken!)
Exit music (a special song to welcome the new 'Mr & Mrs' and end the ceremony)
Lynne is happy to learn special requests for you to make it more personal.
This section can also include a 20-30 mins set to entertain your guests on arrival prior to the start of the ceremony.
THE DRINKS RECEPTION / PHOTOGRAPHS / CANAPES...
In this section Lynne can play live music to cover the photos/drinks/canapes reception part of your wedding day after your ceremony. This typically includes about a one hour set giving your drinks reception a lovely cocktail lounge feel! Again you are free to customise your repertoire from Lynne’s music list or any special requests you may have. If Lynne has already played your ceremony she is happy to change locations within the venue to play your drinks reception, maybe even set up outdoors (if the great British weather allows it!) Time is required for the change of rooms. Most prefer to choose one package especially if there isn’t a piano at the venue.

THE WEDDING BREAKFAST...
This includes background music to cover the period you and your guests will sit down for your meal. This is perfectly suited to provide entertainment but still allow your guests to eat, drink and chat whilst enjoying the music. Lynne will usually perform a one hour set however this can vary if you want to spread the live music and cost between the other sections of the day! Any time Lynne is not playing live music she will make sure the gap is filled with background music played through the PA.
The evening is usually a DJ provided by yourself or the venue.

Corporate event in Manchester, UK Review Lynne Fox Coronation Street Orchestra under the direction of David Windle Palace Hotel, Manchester March 2018 I was asked to add a singer/pianist for a television event featuring the cast of Coronation Street Actors.
