Michelle is a business owner and turnaround business specialist. A serial entrepreneur, she grew up in a family business, and this, coupled with the fact that she has been a business owner for many years, means entrepreneurship and business leadership are part of her DNA. She is also the CoFounder of two significant brands - the Good Food and Wine Company successfully growing this into an important food production and retail business with product sales across the globe AND Glenstall Enterprise Hub, providing business space, training facilities and a state of the art production kitchen for start up and growing companies. More recently Michelle's interests also include innovation and is an Entrepreneur in Residence with Catalyst Inc. Michelle has helped to turn businesses across a number of industries from surviving to thriving.
Michelle has just published her business leadership book “In Business With Yourself” (2021), Orpen Press, and is the result of 20 years as a business leadership executive coach, working with CEOs in large organisations and small business. She is the founder of identity-led business growth and uses this throughout her work. A well-known business coach across the UK and Ireland, she is renowned for her direct and practical approach to business leadership. A captivating public speaker, Michelle has worked with CEOs from large organisations through to small business owners and has operated as a non executive board member across business enterprise, education and charities.
