Act Introduction

High energy, unique, fabulously funny parody songs about the sexual experiences of a Hot, deluded man in his mid fifties. Short comedy stories mixed in between songs.

Comedy parodies from the past 5 decades -so something for everyone. I am a very confident, extroverted , warm character and a mix between Eddie Izzard/ bordering on drag performing karaoke. I dress in a blonde wig and very tight leopard skin pance. Flowing seamlessly from song to stand-up/ short comedy stories, about my sexual experiences , the act involves much audience participation and a duo with an audience member. You can expect a polished, unique, original act from a mature, punctual, reliable warm character who will often continue too mingle with the audience, long after he has left stage.

After many years of group/ stage performance, with TV work sprinkled in between, I have settled on my alter ego, Barry Saniflow. I have been performing as Barry for 4-5 years in various venues and the act is always very well received. The material is very adult but can be toned down or the set adjusted- but never suitable for under 16. From Abba. U2, the Beautiful South to the Rocky Horror show and Bon jovi; the show has a little bit of something for everyone.

Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: I like a big stage and to dance but I can cope In an area as small as 4 m x 5 m. I can bring my own full PA system but in a larger venue, I require standard power with somewhere to plug my lap top/ and or music stik

I have worked with Barry a number of times, both in comedy plays in the theatre and performing comedy. Most recently he has performed at a number of our shows, mainly in the theatre. He’s a big character with bags of energy and a very original act.

Barry performed at my hen do in front of 75 screaming, drunk ‘ladies’. He was brilliant and what I expected as I had seen him before. His show is very different as it’s unique and all original and so everyone was holding their breath in anticipation. Highly recommended
