No subscription fees
There are no subscription fees, no controlling entertainment agent and payment for bookings is made direct to your account.
Our business model is simple: You can list your act/service for free and only when a confirmed booking is received do we receive 15% commission (if UK VAT registered you can claim back 2.5%). We only receive a commission when we confirm bookings for you. If we don’t get you any bookings, you don't pay us a penny!
Control packages, fees and travel costs
You are always in control of your own packages and fees. You can add as many packages as you wish and set travel costs per county so that you can get adequately paid for longer travel distances.
You can set different fees for different event types e.g. Wedding vs Party. We also give you the option to vary fees according to the date - for example, you can offer discount on last-minute bookings or get additional pay for a New Year’s Eve gig.
Availability
Your availability is updated instantly. Google calendar two-way sync makes your availability viewing easy. This minimises time wastage as you will only show up in searches if you are available on the dates specified by the customer. You can add as many available dates as you like to get booked on our marketplace.
High Profile
Your very own BookEntertainment profile allows you to showcase every aspect of your act/service with video, images, audio and reviews. You can fully customise your bio, set-list, previous client portfolio and anything that will assist in increasing your booking conversions.
Payment System
Getting paid is simple. We provide you with your very own Stripe account that allows you to directly receive deposits and balance payments automatically using your customer card. Unlike installing a chip and pin machine, there are no monthly fees or transaction fees with BookEntertainment.
We also get your balance paid 3 weeks before your event so you dont need to chase payments.
