Here at Birmingham Crew DJs & Events we provide audio visual solutions, discotheque packages, live entertainment and event design all under one roof. So sit back and relax whilst our team does all the hard work. Our aim is to deliver bespoke event planning and we strive to make your occasion memorable. From intimate and stylish to extravagant and grand, we have catered for an extensive range of multicultural events and each is tailored to meet individual client requirements. Our experience spans from weddings and general celebrations to large-scale corporate functions, whereby we have an experienced and professional team to achieve the best results. Whether your organising a small company celebration or a huge awards ceremony, we can provide the entertainment that will be perfect for your corporate event. We will help to make sure everything runs smoothly from audio and video to lights and suitable entertainment. What to expect

Starting from booking process to the initial day of the event, clients will have the ability to contact the DJ or main point of contact for their function and discuss any potential queries they may have. Services provided to the client can be customised in regards to packages they would like to book, avoiding any worries of their event not being the same as they imagined. All of our DJs and entertainers perform regularly creating extremely accurate and professional performances every time. We endeavour to provide the latest in audio and visual technology. This is accompanied by DJs who specialise in a wide range of musical knowledge and skill in genres such as: Commercial Chart Pop Dance/ Deep & Funky House Rnb/Hip Hop/Urban Club Classics 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s Disco & Motown Reggae Bhangra & Bollywood

FAQ

Q: How long does setup take? A: Depending on the specific package that has been booked, the minimum time taken to setup the DJ setup will be 60 minutes. Moving towards the larger scale of the DJ setups, this will take a minimum of 3 hours.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: The space and power requirements completely depend on the type of package that has been booked. If the client was to book our smallest DJ package which is the principal package, at least 4 x 13amp plug sockets would be required. If the client is looking towards larger scale DJ packages, a 63amp or 32amp 3 phase supply is required. Alternatively, 8-10 x 13amp plug sockets would be required.
Q: Do you take requests? A: During the time that the DJ is providing music entertainment, the crowd are able to approach the DJ's team members. Our DJ's will always have at least one other team member with them at all times to assist in anything needing to be done.

Harvey was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From when we first spoke to him to enquire about his DJ services, to the very end of the reception night! The main thing we really valued, and that set him apart from everyone else on the day, was his communication with us throughout the whole process. He always found time to speak to us (despite his super busy schedule!), and iron out the small details to ensure everything went smoothly. He was able to advise us based on his experience but also listened to us when it came to what we wanted for both the Hindu wedding ceremony as well as the evening reception. They have always been a pleasure to work with, no issues whatsoever. They are professional, punctual and very understanding in the way you want your event to be. At each event, they continually exceed expectations. Our family chose Birmingham Crew to DJ at my cousins wedding and it was a pleasure to have them. Their song choices were bang on and exactly what we wanted...They know how to read the crowd, put on an outstanding lighting show being topped off with the visual dance floor. I would like to leave a review for Birmingham crew djs. I got married on 13th April at grand station Wolverhampton this year. As expected I was a nervous bride and constantly needed reassurance regarding how I wanted things on the day and that they would be exactly that. Harvey and the team not only exceeded my expectations but made sure everything went smoothly on my big day. When I walked in the venue I felt as if I could finally relax, everything was timed well and even the small details were given plenty of attention. Well what can we say and where do we start... We booked Birmingham Crew DJs & Events well over 2 years ago for our wedding day on 29th June at Coombe Abbey. From start to finish the service provided by Harvey and the team has been impeccable. Hat's off to Harvey for taking the time to invite Dave & I to his studio, going through in detail all our requirements and the little touches that make all the difference for our big day. On the lead up to the wedding Harvey was absolutely brilliant, communicating with us all the final details. On the day of wedding, when we saw the set up we discussed we were speechless, it was spectacular. From a simple set up during the day to mood lighting, LED dancefloor and really getting the crowd going with both dhol players and the saxaphonist in the evening we were blown away.
