They are "not your average family band!" Pop/ Soul/ Dance/Funk/Rock- This family's got it all covered! Laced with slapstick humour, they're the ultimate in all around entertainment. Act Introduction

Dee Chanelle and The In-Laws is no ordinary band! We are proudly LGBT and fronted by a sassy transwoman singer experienced in both television and stage playing a variety of venues such as Madame Jojos, Freedom bar, Koko, Hippodrome lounge, Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Clapham Grand. Allow them to include you through an eclectic genres of music you can both sing along and dance to! The aim is to bring life to your event, interact with the audience and put a whole new meaning to the word "entertainment". Their repertoire spans across a wide range of commercial pop music from Dolly Parton to Madonna! Experienced in small intimate gatherings such as hen nights to festivals such as London Pride at the centre of Leicester Square. Expect a fun and energetic performance that will leave you wanting more..

Q: How long does setup take? A: Usually 30 minutes assuming a PA system is available at the venue.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: To accomodate the full band we would need at least 10ft x 7ft area.
Q: Do you take requests? A: Time permitting yes this is possible. However we intentionally have a repertoire that is not quite the same as the average covers band.

We turned up at the Luna Lounge not knowing what to expect but looking forward to some live music. What we witnessed truly blew us away. Dee Chanelle has amazing energy and vocals, working her way through a great set of original material and covers. The night climaxed with a stunning vocal performance of 4 non blondes ‘What’s up?’ that had the whole audience on their feet singing along. I’ll definitely keep a look out for Dee and her in-laws in the future. Such a talent

Great performance!

My friend told me there is a gig on Saturday and asked me if I wanted to go. I really didn’t pay attention who is performing. It was great opportunity to go out. Yes, “going out” has more than one meaning:) It was great surprise to see Dee Chanelle walking on the stage. I had the pleasure to see her ones before... I immediately knew it is going to be good, there is so much positive energy around her... there wasn’t much space but within few minutes she made significant part of the audience to dance. I know I can’t really dance but when Dee is signing I am always happy to have go... I was smiling all the way while go home. I kept smiling next day too. You have really made my weekend, thank you
