Bio

Formed over twenty years ago in Oxfordshire by husband-and-wife duo Jo Davies and Dave F-M, FiddleBop is now based in Wales. The band has played at festivals including Upton Jazz, Brecon Jazz, and HowTheLightGetsIn; and in jazz clubs including the much-lamented Le Quecumbar, Brecon Jazz Club, and Oxford Jazz Kitchen. Following a recent series of personnel changes, FiddleBop is now sounding better (and more stand-out different) than ever.

t was SO WONDERFUL to have you as part of our 'Celebration of Seeds'. Seeds can be taken in the literal way or indeed sowing the seeds of thoughts and feelings inspired by your beautiful tunes. Everybody I spoke to said what a joyful addition it was to have you there as part of our event. Two of my favourite moments were the dancing and then your version of 'Here, there and everywhere' which is a particular favourite of mine. A member of staff at the library said to me that this is what Saturdays should be like every week. Thank you for bringing so much joy to the event. And YES I would highly recommned!!!!! On behalf of the Village Hall Committee, I would like to thank you for your performance for playing in the '1968' concert along with Talgarth Community Choir. It was a wonderful evening and we were all pleased that so many people attended to contribute towards the cheerful atmosphere. Your spot was so well received (cf. the spontaneous loud applause from the audience), which went to make the evening a most enjoyable event. I particularly liked the top hat.
