Upbeat, danceable swing tunes of the 30's and 40s, with soulful female vocals and percussion, and toe-tapping, accomplished guitar. Inspired by artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Peggy Lee and Django Reinhardt, Hopkins & Oliver render their own interpretations of early pop songs with a spirit of mischief and romance. Also bookable as a trio, quartet or quintet perfect for weddings, functions and celebrations.

What to expect

A hit with the very young and very old, our music sets a bright and sweet tone that caters for everyone. We come with all we need to play an amplified set of music, including full PA. We'll include a mix of uptempo swing tunes, Latin numbers, smooth ballads, and some favourite blues numbers to form a varied and entertaining set to best suit your event. We are very popular choice for family parties and wedding drinks receptions.

Q: How long does setup take? A: 30 minutes
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: We need a couple of metres squared, and usually sit for our shows (we'll ask you for a couple of armless chairs). We'll need connection to your mains power too.
