House Party is a fun and highly professional covers band that specialises in private parties and weddings, bringing the ultimate party experience to your dance floor. Made up of professional charismatic musicians we have gained enormous experience performing at events throughout the UK and Europe over the last 12 years. Our repertoire is carefully selected to cater for all ages and tastes - every song is a well known dance floor filler and we stay up to date with the latest chart music, but make sure there's some golden oldies thrown in there too! House Party caters for many types of musical entertainment suitable for your event : - 4 or 5 piece party band - laid back piano and singer duo - all night DJ music We have full public liability insurance and all equipment is PAT tested for your safety and peace of mind.

What to expect

Clients usually book our full band for a 2-hour party set. The basic 4 piece line-up (choose male or female lead singer) offers a 2-hour performance, usually in 2 x 60-minute sets. Longer set times can be offered with our 5 piece line-up (both male and female lead singers). We will arrive discretely at the pre-arranged time and set up our equipment as efficiently as possible, without disturbing the flow of your event. Between our sets, we offer the possibility of plugging your own iPod or laptop through our sound system to play music throughout the evening, and up to an hour after the band has finished. We understand that each booking is unique and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate the individual requirements of our clients. However, we do charge a small early set up fee if the band needs to complete setup before 6pm. We require simply: Stage or floor space of minimum 6m x 3m 2 or more standard 13amp electric sockets We can provide a full production service if required: stage equipment (if you need it for the venue or marquee, for example) lighting truss and extra lighting equipment for a spectacular show, wireless microphones or projector and screen for speeches, etc etc. Even a self-contained free standing bar tucked under one of our stylish stretch marquees! Let us know if you require any additional production equipment and we can take it from there.
