I am a saxophonist available for weddings, private parties and nightclubs. Sax and DJ: I love playing party tunes alongside a DJ, whether in a nightclub or at weddings where the chance to dance a great opportunity to bring everyone together. I can play alongside your DJ using my own professional tracks and a set list I have developed. I am more than happy to play a first dance of your choice. I can also play solo with backing tracks and can provide a PA (soundsystem). Tracks include Infinity, Jubel, This Girl, Club remix of Baker Street, Changes and Don't You Worry Child. Background Music: The beautiful sound of the solo saxophone is great at wedding during the photographs, the drinks reception or during the wedding breakfast. You can choose from popular music, Ibiza style House music or a combination of the two. I can also play jazz standards, such as Misty, In The Mood and Cheek to Cheek. Wedding Ceremony: I can play during the bridal entry, to a song of your choice if it is suitable for saxophone and throughout the signing of the registry. I have acquired several years of experience on stage, playing at many festivals with various bands including, Boomtown, Green Man, Kendal Calling, Secret Garden Party, Elderflower Fields, Small World, Tropical Pressure and Shambala. With the reggae band Samsara Collective, I have played support for many big names including the Gipsy Kings, Horace Andy, Easy Star All Stars, Natty, Alborosie and the Skatalites. I have also played alongside DJ Sean Quinn prior to Fatboy Slim playing a set.

FAQ

Q: How long does setup take? A: If I am providing a PA, it takes me about 20 minutes, although I like to allow a little extra time. If I am playing alongside a DJ I can set up within a few minutes as I only need to plug in my microphone.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: If I am providing the PA I require a power socket within a few meters. I use a stick PA, so don't require a particularly large space.
Q: Do you take requests? A: I am happy for clients to choose songs from my set list and I am happy to take one or two additional requests per gig.

Q: How long does setup take?

Lizzy played at our wedding on Saturday and was absolutely brilliant!! Everyone commented on how great she was and one of our guests will even be In touch to check availability for another event. She was engaging, accommodating played outside between the guests and even played and learnt a fairly last minute song we requested. I cannot recommend her enough she is fab !! Thank you so much !
