I studied at Northumbria university, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, gaining a 1st class BA Degree in Music in 2013. During my time residing in the UK, I performed as a front woman to a 5 piece rock covers band mainly on weekends building up experience as a live performer and I also worked as a vocal coach for Gateshead College. Once qualifying with my degree, I decided to turn my hobby of weekend performance into my main career and relocated to Tenerife in 2016 to work as a full time entertainer. The move inspired me to always aim high and you will achieve your dreams. Hard work, determination and the love and knowledge of music gave me the tools to succeed and change my life to live my dream. I’ve performed a tribute to Debbie Harry and Blondie for 8 years working between Tenerife and the UK. Working 8-12 shows per week, I have created a tribute act which captures the essence of the Debbie Harry punk rock attitude, while showcasing replicas of her iconic costumes and biggest hits throughout the decades with replica vocals. I have studied Debbie Harry & Blondie to create an unforgettable show for any Blondie fan to watch and enjoy and I authentically pay homage to her stage presence, music and character through all of my performances. I perform her biggest hits from the 40 years of her career so far, alongside her early 70’s releases when the band first became known ensuring any Blondie fan can hear their favourite songs from each album starting in 1976. My hard work has gained me loyal and encouraging fans who have been nominated as ‘Best Tribute Act’ in Tenerife for 5 consecutive years. I have also performed some of Tenerife’s biggest venues such as Castillo San Miguel to an audience of over 900 people and I have also recently performed at ‘Auditorio Infanta Leonor’, which is a 700 capacity Theatre in Tenerife. These performances were the highlight of my Blondie career and gave me the experience of performing on large stage platforms to a big audience.

What to expect

From arrival at the venue, you can expect total professionalism. Meet and greet with the client, a look at the performance area to ensure the set up of the sound equipment is in the best place for the performance, then once the PA etc is set up a full sound check to ensure the sound carries well through the venue and is crisp and within noise limitations. The show will usually be 2 45 minutes with a costume change between both sets. The set lists can be structured according to the clients request, and during the show it features full authentic performance along with audience participation to involve the crowd as much as possible. The end of the performance is for photos with the audience, personal touches such as speaking to the audience and going into the crowd to listen to feedback and create a personal touch to the show. Once completed, pack down of equipment, ensure the performance area is clean and tidy then departing the venue.
