Owen Strickland is a Member of The Magic Circle and is the National Winner of The Wedding Industry Awards in 2021, having won the regional award in 2017 and 2018. Owen performs at around 80 weddings a year as well as many Corporate Events, Parties and other functions. He is the recommended magician at a number of exclusive venues including Alrewas Hayes, Swinfen Hall, Moor Hall, Calderfields Golf and Country Club, Warwick House, Bordesley Park, Aston Marina, .The Daffodil Cheltenham to name a few. Owens fun filled style is perfect for any event, and he will mingle amongst the guests and get them involved in his magic. He uses playing cards, rope, money, jewellery, fire and other items to perform. Typically he will perform between 90 minutes and 2 hours, with weddings being a little longer. Owen will tailor his performance times to suit YOUR event.

What to expect

Owen will arrive early and be ready for the start of your event. He will mingle with your guests and do either mix and mingle magic around drinks receptions, or table magic in an around meals (Or Both)

Made the party!!

Owen came to entertain at my 50th birthday last weekend and was a real hit!! You could tell where he was amongst the guests from their exclamations! Some wanting him to slow down to try and figure it out and others just going with the flow of his tricks! I am so glad to have booked him and I love how he really appears to enjoy himself and people's reactions too! Throroughly recommend!!!

Perfect for corporate event

Golden Wedding party

I met Owen at a wedding fair and was instantly drawn to his bubbly personality. This was before any of his magic tricks.. Once i had seen the magic I booked him there and then.. Warwick House Wedding

After being dragged to multiple wedding fairs, my now wife wanted me to meet Owen, being sceptical, I thought not a chance is this something I want during my wedding day. SHOCK! How wrong was I?! Amazement was the word to describe the 2 magic tricks Owen performed on me, 5 minutes later he was booked up and deposit was paid, it was as quick and simple as that - Its fair to say I was scepitcal no more! Owen was easy to work with, contract/ T&C's were straight forward and protected both me & my wife and Owen. We paid on the day of our wedding, but could of paid any time before, that was just our preference. On the day, my guests loved Owen and his sense of humour which was perfect as he tailors his jokes and witty comments depending on the audiance which was great. Tricks were truely amazing and still weeks later I am getting comments about Owen - I would reccomend Owen for any Corporate event, Wedding day etc as I cant describe the entertainment he brings to any event. P.S - Ask him where his red balls are!!
