When choosing a Toastmaster/ Master of Ceremonies to host your VIP event or wedding service, it is important to ensure that you have an experienced personable and properly trained Toastmaster who belongs to a reputable organisation and has had the experience within the Banqueting, and hospitality industry. Paul has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 25 years and has gained much knowledge and experience, with a very high standard of customer service. His attention to detail comes from managing many large scale functions and events over the years, in well known hotels throughout the UK and the Channel Islands. Paul's Certification: The Institute of Master of Ceremonies and Toastmasters. The Guild of Banqueting Compares. The British Institute of Inn Keeping BIIAB - Award in Beer and Cellar Quality
What to expect
As Paul is a member of the Institute of Master of Ceremonies and Toastmasters he can provide Independent advice both before and on the day of the wedding service. All of our Toastmaster Wedding packages include: Assisting speakers with the preparation and the rehearsals of their speeches if required. A friendly face to welcome your guests. Greet the Bride and Bridegroom and all of your guests. Introducing all guests to the Bridal party. Advising all guests as to the seating plan and their tables. Announcing the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom. .Introducing and announcing your speakers. Working in conjunction with the Banqueting Manager. Behind the scenes I shall be liaising with the caterers, photographers, and musicians etc. Circulating your Guest Book. Assist with the traditional cutting of the cake. Helping with any individual presentations and bouquets of flowers. Ensuring all of your plans are carried out to detail at the venue. Ensuring any special requests to accommodate elderly and disabled guests are in place. Freeing you to enable you to relax and enjoy yourselves during this wonderful celebration. When it comes to documenting the beauty, intimacy and authenticity of your special day, we are here with you all the way.
