Pharaoh & the Beats are an Essex based function band who joined together in 2015.

Pharaoh & The Beats has six members, consisting of Leanne (Lead Vocals), Emma (Vocals), Charlie (Bass), ‘Jazz Fingers’ Jerome (Keys), Stacy (Drums) & Gareth (Guitar). We also perform as a nine, five or four piece outfit, should this be required. PATB cover some of the most iconic songs from a multiplicity of genres, spanning as many as SIX DECADES worth of classic tracks. So if you’re looking for your fix of live music then stop looking now, because this band are looking for bookings! Assembled in 2015, with a band of talented musicians PATB have extensive experience of performing at weddings, parties, corporate functions, restaurant openings, and now even safari parks! We also take requests prior to the event, so you can guarantee a few of your personal favs will be played on the night. Additionally, we perform as a two piece acoustic duo called Pharaoh, perfect for more relaxed, unplugged type deals like wedding breakfasts or baby showers. What to expect

As a band we love to create our modern twist on songs from the 60's to current day to keep our audience up and dancing. You can expect us to get up there dancing with the audience because we love to bring the party. We are also happy to take a few requests you may want us to learn before the day as well so you can be sure some of your favourite songs will be played. Our quotes usually include the following: Two 1-hour sets Disco played in between sets and until midnight All music equipment/sound system Lighting Set up and take down Public liability insurance PAT tested equipment

Leanne and Gareth put on an acoustic set for my birthday and I can't praise them enough! Leannes voice is so beautiful and they took on some requested songs such as Dancing in the moonlight which is a very sentimental song and they performed it so amazingly it meant so much to me! Ive been to concerts that Pharaoh and the Beats have performed at and they are just brilliant! I have their album which is often on repeat especially Runaway baby which is my favourite cover of theirs! I cant recommend Pharaoh and the beats enough!

I recently booked & Pharaoh and the Beats for my 50th Birthday Party. I really wanted live music but was keen to hear the band first, before I committed. Leanne, the lead singer was totally great. She invited us to a rehearsal and to another event the band were performing at. When we heard them, we were blown away and did not hesitate to book them for our party. On the night, they played a brilliant mix of music that got everyone up on their feet. All my guests agreed with us that they are a fabulous band and Leanne has a gorgeous soulful voice. Leanne also asked if there was anything we would particularly like them to perform.... As it happens, there was a song and the band learnt it especially for us and performed it brilliantly on the night. It put the perfect touch to a really memorable evening. If you are looking for a class act - look no further. Just book them!

We booked Pharaoh & The Beats for a Covers Night last month and they were brilliant. Really strong vocals. They played a great range of music from 70s disco classics and soul right through to Amy Winehouse and the Killers! Everyone was up on the floor dancing and people are still saying to me now what a good night it was. Would definitely book them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Officers Christmas Party

After much searching we came across this band and booked them with very little notice. Pharaoh and the Beats turned up in a timely manner and were very friendly and polite throughout engaging well with the audience. The audience were a little slow to get up and dance, however Pharaoh and the Beats worked well and by three tracks managed to get the audience up and dancing with a wide range of music. An exceptionally high quality group, I would recommend them to anyone whether it be a a small function to a large party. All that is left for me to say is thank you for a great night and your contribution to it.

We hired this group for our 25th wedding anniversary from start to finish the communication was outstanding we could of not wished for a better group to support our evening they asked beforehand what sort of music we liked by suppling us with a music list we only crossed of one song and this was a Christmas song as it was August lol. They arrived well in time and from start to finish we never stopped dancing We would highly recommend these and will be using them in the future

Leanne and the team were really helpful in the run up to the day, ensuring that we had everything we wanted on the set list and helping to make recommendations, too.
