Polkadot Robot are one of the UK’s premier party bands. Hailing from Worcester in the West Midlands, Polkadot Robot are heroes of the local music scene and pioneers of Bandeoke – a live karaoke experience where you get to be the star of the show! Our catalogue spans 80’s and 90’s feel good hits, brazen Britpop, hard-hitting rock classics, irresistible indie anthems and more besides! If you’re planning a party or a special occasion, the band will work with you to tailor a setlist that reflects your individual tastes. As four accomplished musicians, special requests can always be accommodated (no matter how eclectic!)

What to expect

Polkadot Robot are a welcome jolt to the well-trodden covers band formula. Forget squeaky clean Stratocasters and dreary drum fills – their huge sound and signature rock-infused pop covers are guaranteed to fill the dance floor from the get go! Bandeoke: Ever fancied fronting a rock band?! For most people it’s the stuff of dreams! Live karaoke, better known as Bandeoke, is a unique live music experience where you get to be the star of the show! From Valerie to Van Halen there’s guaranteed to be something that will inspire you to pick up the mic, take to the stage and let loose! Bandeoke is a hugely popular choice for weddings and parties – it’s amazing fun to take part in, as well as to watch, and it certainly makes for some great photo opportunities! Bandeoke setlists are available to customise to your tastes or to a specific theme. Recent Bandeoke events have included Halloween fancy-dress, Christmas weddings, as well as 80’s and 90’s themed birthday parties!

Q: How long does setup take? A: Normally 45 minutes to 1 hour. this all depends on the set up of the room and what is required.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: With a full back line and lighting included, please do not hesitate to let us know the space available and we will work around what we have available to us. Power requirements: 3 to 4 plug sockets
Q: Do you take requests? A: We will always try to cater to your needs and so long as we know in good time, we will look to learn requests. However dependant on the song, sometimes this cannot be achieved, we are a rock set up comprising of Drums, Guitar, Bass and Vocals. If you are looking for a heavy piano influenced song this may not be possible.
