Phil 'P.R.' Dewhurst is one of the UK's best loved solo performers on the covers/function/wedding circuit. With over 20yrs of experience and over 3500 concerts under his belt, you can rely on Phil to provide a professionally and skilfully delivered show to suit your needs and preferences. Alongside his work as a covers/function artist, Phil is an acclaimed songwriter and recording artist, releasing eleven albums under the project name 'Jinder' since 2003, scoring five UK chart singles and making contributions to film soundtracks such as 2019 global smash hit 'Fishermans Friends'. In various capacities as a songwriter, session musician and touring artist, Phil has also worked with Billy Bragg, Ronan Keating, Level 42, Sinéad O'Connor, Melody Gardot, Hank Marvin, Deacon Blue, Jason Donovan, Graham Gouldman (10cc), Hazel O'Connor, Jackie Leven, Jeff Lang, Devon Sproule, Port Isaac's Fisherman's Friends, Henry Priestman, Lotte Mullan, Elysium III and many more.

Q: How long does setup take? A: Just 30mins at the very most. Having played 200 shows a year for close to 22yrs, I have become rather well drilled with regard to setup and takedown, so it's not a lengthy process!
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: All I need is a minimum of around 2.5m X 2.5m performance space, and one mains power socket within 15ft of the stage/performance area.
Q: Do you take requests? A: Yes, absolutely! I have a very large repertoire, and am happy to learn up to three off-repertoire numbers of your choice per engagement.
