Sam Easton is a versatile singing acoustic guitarist, with a style sculpted by Sam Cooke, Otis Redding and Bill Withers. With a repertoire reaching 200 songs which spans over 50 years of Soul and Motown classics as well as modern pop and indie hits, Sam adapts your favourites into acoustic, soulful numbers to fit as perfect backdrops to your party, wedding or corporate event. Sam has been in the profession for nearly four years and has a wealth of experience in pubs, clubs and cafes as well as churches, wedding receptions and corporate events. In his four years, Sam has received a high level of praise for his professionalism, approachability and versatility from the initial quote all the way to the big day.

What to expect

Once a booking is confirmed, I will contact you regarding the specifics of your event, as well as any requests you have. Normally, I can cater to your needs very easily. On the day, I will arrive around 30 minutes before my set starts, then I will play the song list agreed. Following the set, I will pack down and leave within 30 minutes or so.

Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup takes maximum 20 minutes depending on where the gig is. My equipment is very compact and easy to move and set up so it shouldn't be long before I'm up and running.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: As mentioned, my setup is quite small so my space requirements are just as small! Wherever you think i would fit best is where I am happy to go. Ideally a plug socket is all I need but my PA is wireless so if you do not have access to a plug socket, not to worry!
Q: Do you take requests? A: I do take requests, ordinarily I would ask that I get at least a week's notice but my repertoire does span over 300 songs so who knows, I may already know how to play it, so there's no harm in asking!
