My work is designed to guide and develop you to improve and become the best version of yourself. Only then can you get the best results and achieve the life you deserve. A new self confidence, self drive or the ability to change your state and form new habits.
From growing up during the troubles of N Ireland and leaving school with no education I survived bullies who broke my cheekbone by throwing myself into the tough world of Boxing and Martial Arts for self preservation.
It was here I decided to get back into education to further my Martial Arts knowledge through Chinese medicine and physiotherapy which led me into therapies involving Psychology and Hypnotherapy.
As a global speaker, author, and performance coach for athletes and businesses I have truly walked the talk. From teaching my methods to students in sports and Universities on a global scale as well as working as a mentor and consultant to other coaches.
Christine Boyle, Chair of Women in Business NI Ltd
'Unfortunately stress related illnesses and depression affect many business owners in today's frenetically paced business world. Sean's thought-provoking seminar highlighted how our own personal development ultimately involves taking responsibility for our own mental, physical and emotional health in order to achieve the personal and business goals we set ourselves. I hope that our members will be able to apply some of the powerful techniques that Sean shared with us this evening to a positive effect, not only in their personal lives but in their businesses also.'
The Chartered Accountants in Business Public Sector Sub Group arranged a Briefing Session in November 2007
'The first speaker was Bruce Robinson, Permanent Secretary, Department of Finance and Personnel. Bruce has specific responsibility for the NI Civil Service modernization agenda and a key role in improving financial management across the NI block, in particular, improving the performance of departments in meeting forecasts. Bruce provided a general update of NI finances both since the Assembly came back into force and also from a CSR point of view. Our second speaker was Sean Connolly, Life Coach/Mentor. Sean was recognizable to most of the audience from his recent appearance on the Stephen Nolan BBC1 Program 'Mission Employable'. Recognizing the significant 'Change Reform' in the public sector, Sean engaged the audience by practically interacting on how we respond to change and how we can positively engage and adapt. Sean certainly left the audience asking challenging questions of themselves and with a more confident and positive outlook.'
Eleanor Gill, Chief Executive, General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland commented
‘Sean uses a variety of common sense and practical tools to motivate and strengthen all levels within your company. He has produced a sea of change within the company.'
John Buchanan, Chief Local Government Auditor, N Ireland Audit office commented
‘Sean spoke at a recent away day for staff and the feedback was very positive. Sean reminded us of many points of common sense so easily forgotten or applied in the course of everyday life.'
Dr Carolyn Mason, Director, Royal college of nursing NI.
"This was the best session I have ever experienced for making me feel positive and motivated-just great. All the staff came out with their heads up, a smile and a can do attitude! I cant recommend Sean highly enough to any organisation that wants to improve morale and energy."
Stephen Mc Gowan, coordinator, the Chief executive club at Queens University.
Sean Connolly's key note address to the Chief executive's club at queens was inspirational. He highlighted the ability of business, public and voluntary sector leaders to realize their full potential and share such insight and techniques within their organizations. Feedback from the event has been outstanding and many highly valuing the learning and "Tools" they were able to take away from the evening.
Dr B Gonsalves M.B.B.Ch. commented
‘Sean works on stress levels of clients, creates a positive mental attitude and helps to motivate towards the healing process. He has taken some very advanced methods and simplified them to be easily applied in a variety of cases.'
Dr William C Loan MB BCh FRCS FRCR (Consultant Interventional Radiologist) commented
‘Mr Connolly has developed a stress management program, which includes a wide range of techniques and approaches, allowing him to help a wide range of people. Stress is part of every day life in our society and its effects can be life threatening, reducing its impact has benefits to multiple body systems. The immune system is particularly susceptible to impairment by stress and protecting it by safe non-invasive means is likely to be of very significant benefit. I have no hesitation in recommending both the Tools For Life program and his stress management program.'
Bernard Rooney. Senior Management/Bank of Ireland commented
‘Sean's down to earth approach was appreciated by my Management Team who have heard many motivational speakers over the last ten years. Many of the team thought his ‘keep it simple' approach coupled with his in depth knowledge of how the mind and body work together was very motivational.'

The self-esteem and confidence session was very enlightening, and the confidence aspect allowed me to focus and bring forth my ability without dwelling on anyone who is present or how they are shooting.
The motivation session reinforced why I chose archery as my sport, and the core stability exercises Sean taught were very impressive and informative.
Kevin Bloomfield
N Ireland Archery senior team manager.
Instonians RFC during the season used the services of Sean Connolly to help the squad with the mental side of sport. This included how to motivate yourself to succeed, how to cope with the pressures building up to a game and how to give 100% during the game.
Sean brought many new ideas to the squad which we found different, thought provoking and helpful. With Sean's help we gained promotion to division 2 of the All Ireland League.
Next year we will certainly develop further the techniques that Sean showed us to help us meet the new challenge of Division 2 of the All-Ireland league.
