Fantastic service from Sean. Our year 6's really enjoyed their leaving party. 'Awesome' and 'cool' were some of the feedback. Can't wait to have you back next year.

Sean was totally professional from beginning to end, we met up prior to my daughters 18th too discuss music tastes and lighting etc. He arrived really early to set up and had them dancing all night, really lovely guy.

Without a doubt Sean is the best DJ you will find on the wirral! Booked for my Dad for his 50th for an 80s theme night and we was all very impressed! Everybody had a great night, and a big part of that was the music! He makes the service as personal as possible and makes sure he knows exactly what you want. Well worth the money! (In my opinion it was a little too cheap for the service we received! ) Would definitely recommend and will certainly be booking again for the next event!

Sean was organised, professional and helpful, with a competitive price. He was very accommodating of all our requests in the run-up to the event (in terms of playlist, timings, organisation etc. ) and very friendly and extremely enthusiastic on the night.

The DJ was excellent all night, I am unsure how but he managed to cater for all tastes. He also managed to keep my Dad happy by throwing in a sprinkling of sixties. All in all a good night and every one had a positive comment about the music and how the night flowed. Many thanks.

We booked Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire for our wedding in July 2015 and they were absolutely fantastic! On first meeting Sean prior to our wedding, my husband and I were incredibly impressed at how professional he was, arriving with a printed form to cover all the details he needed for the night - many questions that we hadn't even considered ourselves! We had a mixture of ages ranging from mid twenties up to sixties at our wedding and the music was just superb! We gave Sean a list of songs we'd like playing for both young and old and he seamlessly weaved them into his set! He was also great at responding to requests on the night and had a fantastic attitude - nothing was too much trouble! We also used their services to do our chair covers at the wedding, which again were brilliant and at a great price! There were two suppliers on our wedding day who we wanted to especially recommend as being outstanding and Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire are one of them! I can't recommend their services enough or tell you how happy my new husband and I were to have them DJ at our wedding - the dance floor was packed all night! Thanks again so much for making it a fantastic night!

Professional and really skilled DJ. We hired Sean for our wedding party and he was brilliant. Everyone had a great time, and he tailored his set to the guests perfectly. Never used Sean or had any referals before I booked Spectrum so unsure what I was getting, it was my wifes 50th and we had a real mix of age groups. Sean had asked before the party what type of music and what age groups would be present so he could arrange the right mix. I have nothing but good words to say about Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire! I recently booked them for my 18th and had the best time and so did all my guests! I have had great amounts of compliments and had people asking for contact details to book for themselves! The music was brilliant and every song I had on my personalised playlist got played! Overall it was such a brilliant night and Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire played a massive part in that and therefore, they deserve 5 stars all around and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to book for a party.

Spectrum DJ'd my daughter's 13 birthday party. She wanted it to be 'cool' and not like a kid's party. Spectrum delivered a great set with a mixture of my daughter's choice ( rave) and chart music to keep everyone happy- as well as requests. The service before the disco was excellent with several emails from Sean checking out exactly what we wanted to ensure a great night. Sean also arrived in plenty of time to set up. The light show was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use again. Great value for money too.

Sean did my 21st birthday party and it was amazing. Was fab from start to finish. He made sure everybody was pleased as I had so many people with different music tastes at my party, I was worried about this and Sean made sure it all went great which it did! He was very easy to talk to and always happy to help or offer advice when I was panicking about people not gettin up to dance - he made sure nobody had an excuse as everybody loved the music and there was songs to suit everybody! They arrived hours in advance to make sure that everything was set up and working on time for the start of the party (even if guest where late). I hired a lighting set up for my wedding last weekend. I got a lot of equipment with control gear professionally set up for a very good price. These guys have great equipment, understand how to create stunning effects in different environments and are very helpful in communications and in person. The equipment was delivered when stated and set up when we wanted, very punctual with good communication which is important when organizing events. Pity we couldn't use the smoke machine because of the smoke alarms in the hall, never mind the rest of the lighting was amazing. Would definitely recommend, great value.

Spectrum DJ came to discuss our requirements for our son's engagement party a couple of weeks before and helped us make our choices, nothing was too much trouble. He arrived on time to set up ready for the evening, making sure everything was right and ready to go. He did above and beyond what we expected for the evening. I contacted Spectrum for lighting we required for a joint 18th Birthday party. We only required lighting as we were organising our own music. Sean responded to my initial telephone enquiry promptly and provided information by email outlining a clear breakdown of cost options available to us. He also liaised by text keeping me updated at all times. He arrived in plenty of time to set up the lights and also made suggestions to us to enable the lighting provided to be used to its maximum potential. Sean arrived as previously agreed in plenty of time to dismantle the lights in order that we could leave the room by the designated time. Sean is a great DJ that I have used for 2 kids parties. He is full of fun and positive energy. I gave Sean a playlist a few days before each party and he created one the kids loved and kept the dancefloor full. At the end of the party when we were clearing up Sean let the kids use his mixers which I thought was both thoughtful and brave! We hired Spectrum for my 18th a few weeks ago and the service we received both on the night and before and after it was fantastic. Genuinely the best DJ I've seen at a party for ages, really professional. We had Sean for our 25th wedding anniversary on 23rd February 2013 at the Egremont Ferry Wallasey. Sean was pre-booked with the pub as a normal Saturday night so I was so pleased that he rung me a week before to ask what my music preferences were! He did say not to worry because he was usually pretty good at reading a crowd, and how true he was! My 71 year old mum was 'oops upsiding her head'with my 20 year old daughter. Sean was respectful with his music choices considering the age range of the party but was also willing to accommodate the younger guests of our family and friends. We had a 'not moving out' party... We had Sean from spectrum to do a DJ set from 7pm till the early hours of the next morning. Needless to say all our guests had a fantastic weekend and we enjoyed the show Sean put on. Sean was an absolute professional and created a proper party atmosphere to top off what was the perfect wedding. Met with my wife and I prior to the wedding to go over logistics along with particular song requests and genres etc. Left the majority up to his expert opinion and he did not disappoint. Venue staff and guests commented on how impressed they were. Superb night and hope to attend more of his events in the future!
