Steve Simone has a dynamic presence on stage, performing anything from Motown classics to Jazz & R&B; This entertainer who was brought up in Long Island, New York, where he found an ear for music and has been performing since the tender age of ten. He has worked on stages through out the world. He catalogues the History Of Soul in a compact and exciting show. His extensive repertoire ranges from Soul and Motown to Jazz and Rock. In 1997 he had the honour of singing for Donald Woods, the author of the Oscar-nominated ‘Cry Freedom’. Steve presents a detailed look at Soul and Motown where he explains the story of Soul and the driving force behind the music as well as giving a sparkling rendition of Soul classics. Soul from Stax, Atlantic and of course Motown, featuring such artists as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Jimmy Ruffin, Four Tops, Temptations and many more – with his unique style and presence
