The only ska band you will ever need... if you want a whole truckload of 2-tone and 60s ska straight in your face, you've come to the right place!!

The Incredible Skank Brothers are the leading ska band in the East Midlands, and we have been playing shows to packed venues all around the area since 2014. With the full 7-piece ska setup, including brass, we faithfully reproduce the sounds of Madness, The Specials, Bad Manners and the rest, and take your event straight back to the days when the sound of One Step Beyond immediately filled any dance floor. The opening shout of "Hey you, don't watch that, watch this!!" fills the floor, and non-stop ska classics keep it that way right through the show. By the end, the audience are guaranteed to be exhausted, but they'll be happy!!

What to expect

We provide a high-energy ska show with all music and vocals performed live, including live brass. We play the biggest hits by all of the top ska acts - including 2-tone bands from Madness to The Specials, and 60s acts from Desmond Dekker to Toots and the Maytals. The full show is two hours long, played in two parts - with a 15 minute break in the middle to give everyone a much-needed rest, including the band! Full sound and lighting equipment is provided, and a package is also available with DJ service to provide music and requests before and after the gig and during the interval. A great time is guaranteed for all!!

Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup time is approximately one hour.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: We are a 7-piece band so we need an appropriate stage size. We are experienced at squeezing ourselves into small spaces when necessary, but for the full experience, the more space we have the better. Power to the stage area from a minimum of 2 sockets is required.
Q: Do you take requests? A: Within genre. Please feel free to ask, but don't ask for an Elton John song!
