We will arrive 30mins before we are due to start, set up our equipment and speak to you about your plans for the event/any specific requests/ how payment will be handled. We will then play a 45min set after which we will take a 15min break (possibly longer if food is being provided). After that we will play two more sets with a break in between. We will then pack down discreetly doing our best not to disturb your guests if they are still there. I (the band leader) will then come to say goodbye to you and make sure you are happy with everything.
Q: How long does setup take?A: 30 mins Q: What are your space and power requirements?A: - About 2 metre squared (just a corner of a room will been fine, we are very compact)
- 2 plug sockets Q: Do you take requests?A: Yes, if the song is in our current repertoire or is a very well known jazz tune then requests may be made on the day. If it is something more specific then please give us two weeks notice to prepare an arrangement for you and a £50 charge is added to your fee because of the extra work involved in providing new music
