Raj recently attended our ‘Winter Festival’, which was an outdoor fun-fair style event put on for local military families. All correspondence prior to the event was exceptional and he arrived promptly, immediately doing the rounds performing magic, leaving both children and adults in awe of the tricks. Magic is clearly a passion, and this came across in each performance as he maintained the same level of enthusiasm throughout the day. His professionalism was clear and he didn’t allow the cold and windy conditions to affect him, despite how much this would clearly affect dexterity (an important factor in magic, I’ve been told)! Additionally, once his session finished, Raj continued to provide excellent service by performing tricks to those who asked as he was making his way out of the event. An extremely personable individual, The Magic Word Magician would make a great addition to almost any event. We were very impressed from start to finish, and would love to have him back to attend future events.

Raj performed for our students at our Year 11 Prom and was perfect throughout the whole process! Great communication in advance, turned up really early on the night and stayed for longer than booked, and everyone was amazed by him. We had a large group (166) yet he worked the tables well and everyone got to see a good selection of magic, and his personality and appearance were ideal too. Teenagers being teenagers, a few started the night a bit sceptical, yet by a bit of the way into the evening the same ones were trying to call him over to them and were then very vocal in their appreciation and amazement! I think it's best summed up by our head of sixth form immediately booking Raj for the Year 13 Prom the following week! Thank you again from all of us!

I celebrated my 50th birthday recently and having booked a magician who fell sick 2 days before the event, The Magic Word very kindly stepped in at the last minute. He was incredibly professional, phoned me the day before the event to confirm everything, and reassured me everything would go as I had planned. Mind blowingly brilliant. Every single person was hooked on his tricks (not easy in this day and age to so easily impress a room full of teenagers to the point where they are following you around the room to see every trick). On the day Raj arrived early to set up, and then the magic happened. He has a large repertoire of tricks, and his delivery was flawless. Raj walked round delivering tricks in small groups. This helped to make each team member feel welcome and was likely more personal than a large group magic show. The Magic Word comes highly recommended. Raj is also a nice guy.

We booked Raj for a family party with ages 2 to 70 years. His show was superb....everyone was impressed and he pitched it at the perfect level for a mixed group. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend!

Everyone enjoyed the performance. Very professional calling in advance to check arrangements and working with the restaurant to time the act. NB only performs between courses if act is at same time as a meal so consider longer gaps between courses to maximise performance time

Raj performed for our students at our Year 11 Prom and was perfect throughout the whole process! Great communication in advance, turned up really early on the night and stayed for longer than booked, and everyone was amazed by him. We had a large group (166) yet he worked the tables well and everyone got to see a good selection of magic, and his personality and appearance were ideal too. Teenagers being teenagers, a few started the night a bit sceptical, yet by a bit of the way into the evening the same ones were trying to call him over to them and were then very vocal in their appreciation and amazement! I think it's best summed up by our head of sixth form immediately booking Raj for the Year 13 Prom the following week! Thank you again from all of us!

Raj had an absolutely lovely way with all the guests and made it a really enjoyable event for everyone who attended. He is very personable, approachable, enthusiastic and his magic was great.
