We are The Motivators, one of the UK’s top wedding and party/function bands. The Motivators are based in Essex and travel to surrounding areas (London, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Kent) and beyond. With an impressive reputation for consistently great performances, you’re sure of a great time whatever your event.

What to expect

We boast many years experience entertaining audiences at weddings, birthdays, outdoor events and corporate functions so you can be sure you’re in good hands, whatever the occasion. We play massive hits from the likes of The Beatles, Chic, Queen, Killers, Kings Of Leon, Daft Punk, Madness, Oasis and many other legendary artists to make sure your dance floor stays full all night long! With floor fillers from over 6 decades you know there will be something to get everyone dancing! What’s that? You want more? Well alright then…..We can perform a laid back acoustic set to get your guests warmed up, or to accompany your drinks reception. Don’t want to stop dancing? We offer a DJ package to keep the party going!

DJ Package

We can keep the party going when we’re not performing with some mighty tunes from the wheels of steel! Since we’ve already got a fantastic sound system and lighting rig setup, we can add DJ decks into the mix and make sure you keep dancing all night. Booking our DJ Package is cheaper than a separate DJ as one of our experienced band members takes care of it on the night. As we’ll be playing all the music we can make sure the blend is seamless, and it makes planning your event even easier!

Q: How long does setup take? A: Our usual set up time is approximately 45-60 minutes.
Q: Do you take requests? A: if you have a special song, for example for your first dance, as long as we can perform it with the instrumentation we have, we are happy to learn it for you at no extra charge. If we can't make it sound great we can play any recorded version you choose. We don't like to make promises as we’d hate to disappoint if it doesn't work! Please do ask though!
