We are The Soul Solution, a 9 piece band based in Lincolnshire and now celebrating 25 years of performing all over the UK.

We are The Soul Solution, a 9 piece band from Lincoln bringing you the best soul classics from the last 5 decades. Our set includes great iconic tunes from soul giants such as Four Tops, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, James Brown and many more... We will keep any dancefloor moving and make your party a night to remember. Our set also includes contemporary artists such as Amy Winehouse, Luther Vandross, and Prince to name a few, appealing to any age in the audience. We pride ourselves on our dynamic sound, medleys and visual content which feeds onto the dancefloor and captures everyone wishing to be embraced bybthe sound of soul music. We touch on as many genres of soul as possible, Motown, Stax, Northern Soul, Funk and Ska are only a few of the styles we emit to the audience through our music, so something for everyone. We can also offer a full DJ set while the band isn't playing, and for the happy couple, we can arrange and perform their first dance song, making it a special performance personally to them.

What to expect

Soul classics to get every party moving performed by a professional team of musicians and vocalists. We are also accompanied by our own sound engineer, who makes sure the music is at a suitable level for everyone, and bringing out the best sound to the audience to enhance their soul experience. With quality sound and lighting comes a dynamic sound and light show for any event. To top it all off, we are very respectful of any event and party, and we set up and get out swiftly and quietly, and will gladly dress for any occasion, so we can join in on the party.

Q: How long does setup take? A: 90 minutes including soundchecks. We then disappear and leave everything nice and tidy before guests arrive.
Q: What are your space and power requirements? A: 6 sockets or 3 double sockets
Q: Do you take requests? A: Only up to 4 weeks prior to the event so the band can gte together and go through the arrangement, unless it is already in our repertoire.
